Even as I have been busy with life over the last few weeks, oh and had major computer issues, I have continued to make pizza about once a week.
Last night I went back to the no-knead recipe.
I also made a calzone as well. Simple roll out the dough and put filling on half the circle, then fold over the top and pinch the edges. Brush the top with a little oil.
I made one white arugula.
