The other night I made some arugula pesto, last night I used the left overs with some mushrooms.
I thinned the pesto with more oil and tossed with mushrooms.
I grilled them, on a grill pan for about 5 minutes.
To serve, I topped with a touch more cheese.

I made these as a side dish but as they were so easy I will make them as a little snack too! Hubby love it a lot. Thanks for sharing this great recipe
