Remember that edamame salad from the other night... I was looking for something to do with the rest of the edamame and this worked great...
Edamame * Garlic * Basil Cook the edamame according to the package. In a food processor blend garlic and basil with oil to form a paste, then add in the edamame. Blend until smooth thinning with a little water. Season with salt and pepper.
