Perfect Pizza

My never ending quest to make perfect pizza brought me to Bari Foods.

This is a great little Italian market in West Town. My quest was to get Caputo "00" flour, necessary for true Neapolitan pizza.

While there I also picked up some other goodies; home-made giardiniera and roasted peppers and a can of San Marzano tomatoes. The plan is to make one great pizza tomorrow night.
