So tonight is pizza.
I've been trying different recipes and like the No-Knead Pizza Dough from Co.: http://tinyurl.com/9asrwe
The first couple of times I made it, I found that the dough lacked salt so I've upped it to 1 Tbs. Let's see how that does. I'm also adding a little oil. This should make the dough a bit more elastic, and add a hint of EVOO goodness.
